week 1

The island stands as still as ever. Finding sparse answers likely hasn't been satisfying, but it seems to be all you can get on your first day at the Pink Prism Resort. You'll find that while you can sleep, you don't have any particular need to, much like your lack of hunger and lack of healing.
The next morning offers no particularly stand-out hints or clues, but maybe you'd like to take a good look around? There's plenty of space to accommodate everyone.

Allow me.
[Rashomon rises behind him, and he begins to pry the door open.]
Let's do some maintenance.

At the moment, the car is, oh, between the second floor and the third, maybe?
Anyway, Akutagawa steps out onto nothing--just an empty elevator shaft with not a damn thing under his feet. ]

....god. dammit.
[THERE HE GOES HE'S TRYING TO CLAW HIS WAY BACK UP USING RASHOMON BUT....]

But whether it's from a part of his jacket getting caught on the machinery, or grabbing at the wrong moment, or just his balance failing him, he slips. ]

[slowly fading sound of akutagawa's screams]

What kind of bouffon jumps down an empty elevator shaft?

Akutagawa hits the floor of the elevator shaft with a loud crack. ]

Merde.

There's a light down there. Also...doesn't it seem a lot deeper than the end of the shaft? This is the first floor, right? ]

It may not be the topic on his mind, but there's also a door with a light peeking out from under it, down there. ]

[He twists his eyes closed in pain, then turns towards the door. Now is serious time. He's been fooling around too long. He makes his way to the door and tries the handle]

[He'll just step back to allow this-- and get a better look at Rashomon in the process because hmm that is an interesting power indeed...]
